Kirk McGee specializes in writing comedies. Early in his career he was a staff writer-performer for the NYC sketch comedy group LIVING ROOM LIVE. Before writing ACTIVITY PLACE MATS, his two-man stage show, I’M WITH STUPID/STUPID’S WITH ME, penned with Dan Truman, was performed at numerous theater in NYC and Philadelphia. A scene from the play was featured in the scene anthology The Best Stage Scenes of 1999.

Kirk has also written a number of one-act plays, as well as, produced, written, and acted in many short films independently and in partnership with UNEVEN DISTRIBUTION. He is currently working on play following the grassroots campaign of the 1958 Wyoming Senatorial Race and a murder mystery about Shakespeare’s Clowns.
